The Mosley Trading Company got its start in Henrietta, Texas some 14 years ago in 1989. Bryan and Cheryl Mosley founded the company of hand-crafted rustic furniture and became well-known for their hand-crafted unique Cedar Post Bed. With the assistance of their son Rory and a handful of devoted employees they laid the foundation for quality solid wood furniture, offering the consumer an alternative variety of unique home furnishings.

The Mosley Trading Company constructs their quality Cedar furniture with Cedar varieties grown right here in Texas. Some Cedar trees come from the hill country known as Western Cedar and some Cedar comes from Eastern Texas and is known as the Aromatic cedar. The western cedar has very unique character with a dark brown center. The Eastern Cedar is more uniform and has the center wood that many use to line their linen closets. The mix of the two woods produces a very unique artistic quality to the Mosley Beds. The Mosley quality is second to none. The Mosley Trading Co. does not use lag screws that can work loose after time. We create tongues that insert into adjoining posts and use wood pegs to secure the joint.  This creates a very stable bed that will last for years to come. 

The Mosley Trading Co. currently operates three storefronts for your shopping pleasure: The Mosley Trading Co. for the traditional western decor and historic old west flavor, The Cadillac Cowgirl for the trendy western fashions and The Retro Ranch for the elegant western decor with a hint of Victorian Renaissance.
